Step 1: You tell us about your business

Two options:

A. Click on the links in the website pages “Incorporation Package” and/or “Start-up Package” and fill our online questionnaire; or

B. Contact us at info@dev.nsclex.com for any other service.

We will contact you within 2 business days following receipt of the questionnaire. During the call, we will discuss the information provided in the questionnaire and determine the best plan for you. We shall also determine the total fees for our services. Once you agree to do retain our services, we will send you a mandate letter detailing the terms and conditions for our services. Once you sign and return to us the executed letter, we move on to step 2 below.

Step 2: You allow us to create a customized plan for you

We will schedule a 1-hour consultation where you will give us all the relevant details about your business. Then, we will create a customized plan for you. 

We will send you the draft documents for your review. Once the documents are satisfactory, we move on to the final step below.

Step 3: Electronic signature

You sign the documents with DocuSign, wherever you are.
