Outside of his professional activities, Julien enjoys cooking, physical training and discovering Asia, a region that has fascinated him since his long journey in 2015, completed prior to his articling for the Quebec Bar.
Julien is a business lawyer and possesses an extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate financing. In this capacity, he represents and has represented various sized companies as well as institutional players in the context of acquisitions and sales of enterprises, investments, capital raising and various business projects. He also advises clients with respect to the implementation of innovative strategies aimed at achieving their development and growth objectives.
His business acumen combined with his analytical skills allow him to assist his clients in addressing their most important business challenges.
Prior to joining NSC Legal, Julien practised law at one of the largest law firms in the Province of Quebec as well as at an international law firm.
Julien is also Partner and Vice President – Head of Asia Office at Cafa Corporate Finance, a private investment bank specializing in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and advisory services.
